Tim Turner is a founding member and president of Wool Hemp Innovations, LLC. Turner co-owns Southwestern Livestock Mineral, a family owned feed mill, specializing in the manufacture of free-choice minerals for livestock on forage based diets. Established in 1980, SWLM currently blends 2000 tons of mineral annually with a gross sales of $1.7 million. Turner also owns T Star Ranch, ranching operation located near Water Valley, Texas. Operating on 16,000 of family owned and deeded acres, T Star raises sheep, cattle, and goats. Turner became interested in socks, when he began Sheep Venture Company, a wholly owned subsidiary of the American Sheep Industry(ASI), Currently, SVC, is involved in the development of Flame Resistance Fiber from Wool and Shrink Resistant fabric (Super Wash) in socks.

DAVID A. BOSSMAN
David A. Bossman is an agricultural entrepreneur, the principle organizer and founding member of Wool Hemp Innovations, LLC. He is also the founding member of AgWin Group, LLC. AgWin Group is a consulting firm solving the perplexing problems of animal agriculture, risk management, consumer confidence in the food supply, and jobs in rural America. Bossman recently developed the U.S. Hemp Roundtable Guidance Program for the Hemp Growers and Processors to certify that U.S. hemp and hemp products obtain the highest possible quality and safety standards. He is President, Treasurer and Managing Board member of the Casualty Underwriters Insurance Company (CUIC), and its captive Bear Lake Insurance Company (BLIC). CUIC/BLIC are owned by the American Sheep Industry Association. Bossman also serves as director of the Claude Moore Colonial Farm, a privately-operated US National Park located in McLean, Virginia.

Gwen Bishop has 34 years of experience working for a Fortune 500 Engineering and Construction firm with both commercial and government clients. She is a consummate team player who can easily navigate from high-level strategic matters to more detailed process and procedural challenges. Her area of expertise is in contract administration, cash flow and ROCE optimization and analysis, forecasting, proposal development and business management.
Gwen grew up on a sheep farm in North Dakota that nurtured her love of nature and was involved in 4-H and “Make it Yourself with Wool” competitions. She now resides in Parker, Colorado with her family.
